For about 9 months, I managed All City Print's Instagram page part-time. Here, I showcased product images from many of our customer's orders, as well as highlighting our presence in the community. Various grid posts and consistent stories were shared to heighten our presence online. During my time posting for ACP, I helped their account gain about 150 followers and replied to customer-asked questions to maintain our relationship with our followers who were either current customers or possible clients.
Over my 6 months of serving as The VanCougar's Social Media Manager, I was able to increase their following across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram by about 200 followers. I helped post relevant content about on-campus and local news stories, as well as sharing other campus organizations' events and content. This position helped me build my copywriting and editing skills and grew my creative writing skills as I had to interpret news stories and make compelling captions for them - and with limited character counts!
